Systems for the Protection of Civil and Critical Infrastructure

System Description 

The system is based on frequency spectrum monitoring, focusing on the activity of unmanned systems. The core component is the SYMON SW / SYMON SW LITE software application and connected radio transmission detectors.

The primary task is to detect drone radio transmissions and process the detected information in the form of an alert or report.

The system can be deployed as a standalone solution or as a sensor network. A basic sensor network can be gradually expanded with additional sensors and effectors or integrated into the user's existing systems.

System Integration

The system is designed for integration and providing data and processed information to authorized systems and users within the developed environment of NIPS Czech Republic (National Information Platform for Civil-Military Cooperation) through communication infrastructure – the Secure Public Administration Network or CMS (Central Service Hub), etc. The system is primarily intended for:

IS ZOS (State Defense Provision Information System) or the Czech Armed Forces' Electromagnetic Warfare Information System.

System Integration - NIPS Concept

NIPS is a platform for the development of an interconnected crisis management system for both non-military and military crises. It provides information and command and control elements for the strategic level of crisis management and resolution of national crises. For managing and resolving crises, the following will be provided:

• Common operational situational picture
• Information from individual early warning systems
• Overviews of all available relevant resources and means for crisis resolution
• Progress reports of the crisis (of any type, according to the requirements)
• Template plans and the ability to activate them, followed by task distribution to subordinate authorities according to the type of crisis.
