STAR V

Modular, multi-band, programmable digital jammer designed to be installed in the vehicle, to provide the protection of the Armed Forces personnel (Army, Police, Border protection) or VIPs and convoys.

STAR V Primary purpose:

To protect against Radio-controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIEDs). The jammer prevents possible activation of the RCIED or significantly reduces the distance within which the explosive device can be activated – C–RCIED version.

To counteract against UAV systems (C-UAV), it jams all types of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), and all bands used for control, including video and telemetry transmissions of these devices – AD - Anti-Drone version.

To counteract against communication systems of the enemy operating in the VHF, UHF and SHF frequency bands and all generations of GSM networks - COMMS version.
